Delivery, returns and exchanges

All orders will be shipped within 5 - 7 working days

Goods are dispatched from monday to friday

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped

We are not responsible for delays outside our control - if your order is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay

 

Please email us if you want to return an item

A refund or an exchange will only be accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery

The returned item(s) must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order to get a full refund

All sale items are non-refundable

All shipping costs are non-refundable

All import tax and duties are non-refundable

Unless the product you ordered is faulty, we will not cover return costs

Please retain proof of posting from your shipper - use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the returned item(s) otherwise

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund - if your return is approved, you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email and the refund will be applied to your credit card
